Over 400,000 visitors are expected to arrive in Mazatlan this week

Mexico´s weather is warmer every day the elation for the vacation period is escalating with the looming arrival of the Spring Break and the Easters Season. Touristic destinations are expectant of the next flow of visitors and Mazatlan is included, which has predicted half a million tourists to come for this period.

Francisco Cordova Celaya, Secretary of Tourism of Sinaloa has stated that they are anticipating over a million tourists to arrive to the estate in general, half of whom already have reservations for the moment of their arrival. This are very positive results, one more proof of the good job the estate has accomplished in reducing the threat that the talk of violence had created; now that they have reinforced this link in their armor, recuperation is a reality.





This vocational period starts officially this week however, the flux of visitors has started to increase since this past weekend, this along with the great number of reservations accounts for the estimation of the touristic numbers being surpassed this year, and by a long stretch. There´s the assurance of no more rooms available, for all visitors expected that did not make their reservation on time are to strain for room place. The weather has also favored this total occupation in hotel rooms.

All touristic spots in Sinaloa are ready to receive visitors and people are in much need of a well deserved reprieve from the everyday life.

For this reason, all entrepreneurs, actors and members of the touristic service chain, will do their best to obtain the best outcome, and with the total hotel occupation that this year is claiming to have, circumstances work in their favor.
