With the idea of providing a space for the promotion of local artesian works,
Mazatlán family services (DIF) in coordination with other government offices has
opened a shop called “Alas” in the Secretary of Tourism building located on Av.
Del Mar.
On display for purchase in the shop are paintings, sculptures, handicrafts and decorations made by talented Sinaloans.
The project has been eight months in gestation, said DIF President Silvia Treviño de Felton, and will demonstrate to world the Sinaloa identity.
