For the third time since his inauguration as President of Mexico, Enrique
Pena Nieto will arrive in Mazatlan to address the national conference of
attorneys being held at the Convention Center November 28 and 29.
According to an official communiqué, attendees at the conference will analyze the outcome of four regional conferences held previously to form an agreement as to what needs to be done for the creation and administration of justice in the country.
