Galerías Mazatlán to Open November 8

The shopping center is expected to open on November 8th with 54 stores ready for shoppers.

The newest addition to the Mazatlán shopping scene, Galerías Mazatlán in Marina Mazatlán, is programmed to open on November 8, said unidentified representatives of the commercial center in an interview with reporters.

The representatives said thanks to the new Mazatlán-Durango highway, Mazatlán has become the geographic location that unites the northeast with the northwest by land and has a maritime infrastructure in place. They chose Mazatlán because they are confident in the State economy and the development of the Marina area where the shopping center is located.

With respect to stores shoppers will find in Galerías Mazatlán, they said they have contracted with Sears, Sfera, Gap, Aeropostale, Shasa, Julio, Lob, and Starbucks among others.

As well, the commercial center has three anchor stores—Liverpool, Sears and Cinemex with 14 movie theaters— and 124 locations of which 15 are in a food court, six restaurants and various boutiques.
