State secretary for foreign affairs Péter Szííjjártó (left) and Mexican Deputy Foreign Minister Juan Manuel Gómez Robledo agreed in Budapest on Tuesday that the investment agencies of Hungary and Mexico wouldcooperate in future to increase trade turnover between the two countries. “This is an excellent opportunity for Hungary,” Szííjjártó said. “Although we have already tripled imports and doubled our exports over just three years, the current level of foreign trade still leaves significant opportunities for growth.” According to Robledo, both countries have a noteworthy automotive industry but cooperation on the SME level should be strengthened because these are the companies creating the most jobs.
