Casa Nika Bazaar is a non-profit business located in a donated private residence in downtown Mazatlan that benefits Proyecto Animales de La Calle (PAC) and Hospice Mazatlan. It is a great place to shop and you never know what you can find....from furniture to clothes.
PAC is a group of local volunteers who have been working out of the goodness of their hearts to catch, spay, and release feral cats for several years now. They are proactive, they do not wait for more unwanted kittens to be born but are out in the neighborhoods searching out cat colonies and making acquaintances with the neighbors for assistance in catching, spaying, and releasing adult cats. They recently got involved with rescuing street dogs, dogs that were abandoned, and dogs that are injured or abused. PAC has no set location but depends on volunteers to foster dogs in their homes and works diligently to find them permanent homes via FACEBOOK, word of mouth, and local publicity.
Hospice Mazatlan is dedicated to helping people spend their last days of life among the people they love, at home. Hospice helps the patient make the most of every remaining moment by providing relief from pain and symptoms associated with terminal illness.
Casa Nika Bazaar depends on donations of unwanted items for re-sale to the public. Donations of any and all types are greatly appreciated, they can be dropped off at the bazaar or contact us at casanikabazaar@yahoo.com , or cell (669) 912-0884 for fast, efficient pick-up service.
