Mazatlán Mayor Carlos Felton said yesterday that he is looking into
an extension of the 10 percent discount on property taxes paid before
February 28.
He told reporters he will probably call an extraordinary session of his cabinet to discuss extending the discount into March, after analyzing legal aspects which he declined to discuss.
