First Time to Meet Carnaval 2015 Queen Contestants

Contestants for the three Carnaval 2015 Queens will be officially presented at a celebration to be held Friday, November 7 at 7pm at the Casa del Marino. The open air celebration is free to the public but space is limited.

During the presentation the public will hear what the 2015 Carnaval theme will be and be treated to music and dance performances and a fireworks display.

Carnaval 2014 Theme Announced

At a gala affair including a performance of a fusion of dances from the Brazilian and Venecian carnivals at the esplanade of La Puntilla on the weekend, the names of candidates for Carnaval Queen, the King of Happiness and Child Queen were announced.

Also revealed was the theme of Carnaval 2014 : “Litoralia: La Piel del Mar.”

Following the introduction of candidates, the enthusiastic crowd was treated to a spectacular fireworks display. Carnaval 2014 will take place February 24 to March 4, 2014.
