OK, it's bad news / good news time.
The bad news is that tropical moisture (from what I'm going to dub the Mango Express, and more on that in the next Weather Update) is flowing on a straight line from the equator to Mazatlan for today. This means the skies won't really clear up until at least tomorrow, and it may be breezy again this afternoon.

However the good news (for tourists at least....;^) is our chances of rain of Christmas have dropped off a bit, and it looks like they'll keep lowering. Or maybe you made a bet it would rain two Posadas in a row? In that case save your pesos, because it looks like you're buying!
I'm concerned about this development, because is it persists too long we may end up staying closer to the weather patterns of last week longer than anticipated. Should that be the case I'll do a full update, and we'll re-calibrate.
