Following a meeting with Mazatlán port administration, Durango’s Director of Economic Development said his office will acquire two stands at the cruise ship docking area to display the State’s products and services to passengers arriving in Mazatlán.
He acknowledged that passengers would be in port for just one day, but the display stands would help people know what Durango has to offer so they may consider visiting that city the next time.
The Director added that since the opening of the Mazatlán-Durango highway, two Mazatlán restaurants have opened business in Durango City and two Durango businesses have been established in Mazatlán with another two to open by the end of the year. (from Noroeste)
