El Debate reported this morning that the Municipal Board of Water and Sewer for Mazatlán will be closing a popular thoroughfare from April 3 through April 13.
Replacing a stretch of sewer pipelines will close Avenida Insurgentes between González Ortega and Ejército Mexicano.
