The Office of the Official Mayor has authorized the installation of
three thousand chairs along the Malecón for the Carnaval parade taking
place on March 2.
The office also established a maximum rental fee of 100 pesos and minimum of 60 pesos per chair.
This year the municipality will install portable toilets for every 50 people renting chairs. The bathrooms are for the exclusive use of the renters, said Official Mayor Salvador Reynosa Garzón.
