Municipal Council Approves Two New Subdivisions

At an extraordinary council meeting yesterday, Mazatlán municipal councilors approved the construction of two new fraccionamientos (housing subdivisions): Playa Brujas Beach Club and Residences and La Cima Residencial.

Playa Brujas Beach Club and Residences is a condominium subdivision of 125 lots with services, each 10 meters by 22 meters.

The tourist project developer is Vivehomes Desarrollos and it will be located on Av. Sábalo Cerritos and the access street to Playa Brujas, a popular surfing and family beach in north Mazatlán. The subdivision will cover a total of 54,980.52 square meters.

La Cima Residencial, located between Av. Ejército Mexicano and Fraccionamiento Playa Santa Virginia, will be composed of 140 homes on four blocks, each lot 6.2 meters by 15.5 meters.

Developer of La Cima Residencial is Impulsora de Proyectos Inmobiliarios of Culiacán.
