Mazatlán’s Cultura institute is inviting citizens and tourists to attend a party on Friday, December 6 beginning at 6pm where candidates for the three 2014 Carnaval Queen crowns will be presented. The free open air event is being held at the La Puntilla esplanade at the docks.
At the event, Cultura will reveal the theme of next year´s Carnaval being held February 27 to March 4, 2014.
