Raúl Valdez, Municipal Director of Economic Development, is optimistic that commercial investments in Mazatlán will continue to flourish.
He told media yesterday a Walmart Supercenter is under construction in the Marina with a tentative opening date of December this year and that other stores, such as Sears, Grupo Costco and Grupo Chedraui, have all expressed interest in investing in Mazatlán.
Investment in Mazatlán is very good, said Valdez, the economic panorama is (healthy) and hopefully it will continue for many years to come. (from Noroeste)
